Our Team
Kay founded TECH WEAR, INC. in 1987. She has worked in the electronics industry for over 30 years and has served on the ESDA’s Garment Standard Committee for 25 years. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the ESDA Association and was President from 2006 thru 2007. Kay was awarded the San Diego SCORE Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1996 and has 2 patents for static control garment designs.
Corey joined the Tech Wear team in 2014. As a valuable member of the team, Corey is responsible for processing all orders and assuring prompt and accurate deliveries. Corey is always ready to give our customers help with questions concerning availability of products, lead times & pricing.
Kerry deAvila is Tech Wear’s CFO and has been with Tech Wear since the start in 1987. After a hiatus to complete her college education and raise her children, she became a full time employee in 1999. Kerry has her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Productions Operations Management from California State University, San Bernardino. Kerry is in charge of financial management and production.
